Birth Story screening at Harvard!

Harvard Birth Story flyerBaraka Birth, the Schlesinger Library at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, and the Harvard College Women's Center are co-sponsoring a screening of "Birth Story: Ina May Gaskin & The Farm Midwives" on April 24, from 6:00 - 8:00. The location is in the Sheerr Room of the Fay House in Radcliffe Yard, and you can set your gadgetry to 10 Garden St., Cambridge, 02138 (map). The screening is free and open to the public, though space is limited so please arrive early!

I'm delighted to be a part of this and can't wait to see the documentary. Ina May has long been an inspiration of mine, ever since I discovered Spiritual Midwifery when I started working as a doula. One of these days I hope to do a midwifery workshop at The Farm...

For others locally who can't make this screening, it will also be screened in Rhode Island on April 22nd.
